How to Create and Schedule Reports

Learn how to create and schedule reports in Gobe Creativ This guide walks you through generating reports, customizing them to meet your needs, and scheduling them for automated delivery, ensuring you stay informed with actionable insights.

1. Start by clicking on 'Reporting' to view your options.

1 Then, click on the element.

2. Next, select 'Custom Reports' to proceed.

2 Afterwards, click on "Custom Reports".

3. Then, choose 'New Report' to start creating.

You can either create a report from scratch or convert an existing dashboard into a report.

3 Click on "New Report".

4. Now, click 'Create a blank report' to build from scratch.

5. Afterwards, customize your report by editing the Cover Page.

If starting from scratch, you'll be taken to the Report Builder.
At the top, you can rename your report to reflect its purpose.

The first page of your report is the cover page, which you can customize or remove through the Page Properties menu on the right.

Page Properties Options:
- Upload your company logo.
- Configure headers for each page.
- Adjust the background color of the report pages.

5 Click on the element.

6. Following that, add a new widgets, sections and themes by selecting here.

Once your cover page is set, click the + icon on the left to begin adding widgets.
From the widget sidebar, upload or customize the widgets you want to include in the report.
Use the Elements Menu to add titles and organize your report into sections for easy readability.
Switch to the Themes section to configure one of the predefined themes or add your own custom theme to the report

6 Click here.

7. Move on by previewing the page to manage.

8. Ready to finalize? Click here to download your report.

9. Then, set up sending or scheduling options by selecting 'Send or Schedule'.

12. Lastly, to finalize, ensure everything is saved and scheduled properly.
