How to enable/disable DND

The DND (Do Not Disturb) feature allows you to respect your Contacts' communication preferences while maintaining their information in your records. This feature is especially helpful in preventing your emails and SMS communications from being flagged as spam by providers. By giving your Contacts the option to unsubscribe or enable DND themselves, you can ensure a smoother communication process in the future.

1. Click on "Contacts" to see your options

2. Navigate to the "Smart lists tab" for specific contacts

3. Select the desired "Contact" from the list

4. Proceed to the "Contact tab" for detailed information

5. Navigate to the "DND" section to manage settings

6. Click here to "select all channels" for DND preferences

7. Choose to "select specific channel" for targeted DND

8. Click here for "DND inbound call and sms" options
